Instructions:
1. Prepare the Spiced Simple Syrup:In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 2 cinnamon sticks, 8 whole cloves, and 8 allspice berries.
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar fully dissolves.
